We will also need the year, make, model, color, and license plate number of the vehicle and trailer (if applicable) with which you are delivering the metal.

Yes. Due to the number of thefts of this type of material, the state of Florida has generated a list of regulated metals that requires proof of ownership or a bill of sale. Please see Florida Statute 538.18-538.28.
